These meals will come together in about 30 minutes with very little active time so that you can spend your evenings actually enjoying them!
Plan Ahead (PA) With a little prep the night before or morning of, your evenings just got uncomplicated! I’ll give you ideas of what to prep ahead – you decide when works for you!
Monday: Cheesy Meatball and Cauliflower Casserole (PA: chop cauliflower and make/defrost meatballs – or buy them!)
Tuesday: Build Your Own Taco Bowl Night with Instant Pot/Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken (PA: chop veggies/fixins)
Wednesday: Pesto Shrimp Zoodles/Noodles with Goat Cheese and Asparagus (PA: make or buy pesto; have kids spiralize zoodles!)
Thursday: Chicken Thighs in Brown Butter with Sage and Crispy Prosciutto from All Day I Dream About Food (PA: cut into cubes; chop prosciutto; refrigerate both)
